You have to take many things into consideration when you are planning any baby shower party. One of the most important things is to make your guest list properly and then send it to people who are on it. Then you have to plan the scheme of the party itself and think how you will go about entertaining the guests in the right way. Now, it is easy to get the food, but it is more difficult to get the right entertainment options. One of the ways to go about it is to find out stuff in the baby section of a bookstore or mall where you might get some great ideas. A few of these ideas would be difficult to organize but mos t of them will be simple and fun.

Food and Entertainment

One fun baby shower game uses baby food. In this game, the baby food containers are labeled with numbers and the real label is removed so that no one can tell what type of baby food is in the container. All they can see is the color of the baby food. They guests are all given a spoons with which to taste test the different baby foods to see what flavor they think it is. They will write down their answers on a piece of paper and the person who has the most right answers is the winner.

A variation of this fun baby shower game is to have the mother to be as the taste tester while the others watch. In this variation, the mother to be is blindfolded and is allowed to test each jar of baby food with the help of the host. She will then guess the flavors of each while the host shows the group what flavor it is.

This is another fun idea. Guests are made to drink from baby bottles. Each baby bottle is filled with different kinds of drinks, and guests are made to choose which one they would like, or this could be randomly assigned. The challenge is that the guests have to finish drinking everything from the bottle in the shortest possible time.

There are also some fun baby shower games that are made for parties that are composed of all women. This game can be played individually or in teams, depending on what the host wants to do. The game requires everyone to have her purse handy so that she can check and prove that she has the different items that are on the checklist. Items that are rarer to find are worth more points than the others and the person or team with the most points wins.
