Pretend Play is Significant for Kids
Every kid passes through a stage of playing pretend. This stage plays a huge role in every child's overall development.
One good thing about pretend play is that your child can fit into a lot of roles. There is no limit as to what roles she can play and in the process she will learn how to hone her life skills that she can make use of later in life. She can be grand as a queen, a fabulous princess, a stay at home mom who waits for his family in their Little Tikes Country Cottage. She can also be a graceful ballerina or a runner if she wants to. The choice is hers but the responsibility to help her distinguish reality from make believe is on the parents.

You can build houses with large boxes and crates, create make-believe dresses from old clothes, fabric and socks. Old bags, old phones and stuff can be used to beautify your pretend house, and more. The ideas are endless. You can just let it flow and pretend, pretend, pretend.
